I recently bought an older Van from them but it's in great shape and has so many possibilities that I couldn't pass it up! We had a great experience buying our 4Runner here. I wanted to wait to write the review until we had some miles on it and anything that was hidden would have time to come to light... I've put about 2500 miles on it, had it on the lift at least once a week checking it out since we got it, it's been great, no surprises. They seem to be very honest folks and whoever does their detailing, what an artist!!

Nick Vitali sold my family and me a beautiful used car yesterday. We arrived on his doorstep in a torrential downpour. Not only did he sell us a beautiful, quality vehicle, he went out of his way to make the deal happen on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. I would like to
share my experience with Vitali Auto Exchange and believe me it was quite an
experience. I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website, a Ford
F150, I contacted Nick at the dealership and he was very pleasant to talk to, he
answered all of the questions I had for him. The problem for me is that I live
900 miles from the dealer so of course I had reservations without being able to
physically look at the truck as I had just traveled 400 miles this past summer
on a persons word to buy a Ford mustang that looked great in the pictures and
was told about how great the car was. Only to get there and find out it was junk.
But something told me from talking to Nick he was not a liar and I could trust
him so I purchased the truck without seeing it in person.
Now comes the fun part
I hopped a plane and flew from Michigan's upper peninsula to New York to
get the truck. Nick picked me up at the airport and took me to his car lot where I
found the truck exactly how it was described. I was pleasantly surprised Nick
had filled up the tank so I could get in and start the drive home. The truck ran
and drove perfect 941 miles later I was home.
Hats off to Nick at Vitali
Auto Exchange, I would do it all over again. It's nice to be able to take a mans
word!!
